PAL @ Opera Estate Primary School
All P1 and P2 students participate in Programme for Active Learning (PAL) during curriculum hours, engaging in fun and diverse learning experiences across four modules:
1) Sports and Games
2) Performing Arts (Music, Creative Dance and Drama)
3) Visual Arts
4) Outdoor Education
Through PAL, students discover new interests, learn new skills, and develop positive character while honing socio-emotional competencies, including:
Self-Awareness - Understanding emotions and strengths
Self-Management - Developing resilience and perseverance
Social Awareness - Respecting and empathizing with others
Relationship Skills - Cooperating and communicating effectively
Responsible Decision-Making - Making thoughtful and ethical choices
